'netsh interface' context does not exist on my pc. Possible to reinstall?

Hello all,
Previously I've used a static sixxs tunnel on my linux server and was able to use ipv6 via autoconfiguration on my Windows XP SP2 pc. That worked fine, but due to a move I now want to use Aiccu on my XP desktop pc to set up the tunnel to sixxs, but am running into some problems that seem to be caused by my pc.
The problem I'd like to solve is that the netsh interface command doesn't work on my pc. netsh is available but the 'interface' context doesn't exist! :?
Is there anyone with enough Windows experience who can tell me if I can somehow reinstall the netsh command, or add the context manually? I've scoured the web but can't seem to find if it's even possible. Can I fix this without reinstalling XP?
Thanks,
Martijn

Very strange, never heared of that. You do have networking setup I hope :)
When you do a 'netsh help' do you get anything out of it at all?
Also, are you running with administrative privileges?

Hi Jeroen,
Yes, it's very strange, and even Google remains quiet on this.
I have a working ipv4 and ipv6 setup, netsh help works, but the interface context is missing. I'm beginning to think it may have to do with nLite, a tool which I used to create a custom XP install cd. Perhaps I customized a bit more than I should have. :)
I'll give reinstalling SP2 a try. Perhaps that will reinstall the networking related commands as well.
Thanks, Martijn
