GPRS and IPv6 with aiccu in Germany

During the last few days I had the opportunity to play around with my laptop, GPRS and IPv6. I tried GPRS access with three carriers (T-Mobile, E-Plus and O2) and aiccu. That's what I found out:
All three carriers assign private addresses to the users (Using APNs 'internet.t-mobile' (T-Mobile), 'internet.eplus.de' (E-Plus) and 'internet' (O2))
I was unable to set up a tunnel with either of them, I didn't try in detail why but I suspect protocol41 not passing through the NAT gateway...
But I managed to get IPv6 working with T-Mobile's old APN 'internet.t-d1.de'. A 'real' IPv4 address is assigned when using it. Aiccu then works like a charm ;)
Does anybody have information on other ways to get IPv6 working with GPRS?
I asked T-Mobile about two years ago if there are plans to support IPv6 natively for customers. There were none at that time. Sad...

Of course proto-41 and NAT doesn't work. How does the NAT know where to send the packets?
But AYIYA should work fine over it ;)
(unless they filter on certain ports)

Hm, maybe I'm wrong on this, but doesn't a proto-41-packet look like a normal IPv4 packet, except for the 'strange' protocol number? So NAT should be applicable?!? Am I wrong on that?

It looks like an IPv4 packet yes, but most NAT implementations don't know how to handle it as they are only implemented for TCP and UDP which have port numbers.
Also when two people would use a tunnel from the same PoP they would not know that it would work either.
AYIYA is your safe bet as that is running over UDP.

Ah, now I see, ports come with tcp and udp. So it's clear that this mostly can't work the nat way...
