I'm really interested. I've been googling for a real EU funding out of the news, but all the references are to the BBC report, does anybody has got any more info about it?
Thanks in advance,

The video seems to be hosted on a private IP address: Ref1=http://192.168.0.195:80/europa/ipv6_arizona.wmv
Does anyone have a alternative link?

Nope, we are not running Europe (yet) and then it would be an IPv6 only link. It is linked off the URL above it btw.
Use Windows Media Player, then the server recognizes the client and it all magically works.
