I have created a new Wiki category for 'Software Development' related articles. I have added one article already on IPv6 detection in web pages. If anyone else has any useful they could contribute to this section, then I encourage you to do so.

I don't suppose you actually used this with any success?
You are using a class reference for function get_ip, but you defined neither the class nor the function.
Just copying stuff from elsewhere is not very useful and just waists people's time trying to use this if they are novices in PHP coding.
I made some corrections, completing the class at least.

Hmm, you are right about the error. This is working code from my site. I never hit the issue, because I call the function with the remote IP as parameter. Thanks for the correction.
