Change of POP Proceedure

If I'd like my tunnel moved to a different (closer/faster) POP, do I just request a new tunnel & subnet, or do I file a ticket with the request?

Maybe your question is answered differently there but it states "In case you want to change PoP, you can always request a tunnel from a different PoP."
